Mindy L. Ying
President
Mindy
Ying has over 28 years of experience in financial management and wealth
management. Prior to becoming President of Pillar Pacific in November 2007,
Mindy was
President, co-founder and
Portfolio Manager for PacWest Financial Management, Inc. for 10 years.
Previously, she was Managing Director for Barclays International Private
Banking, and Director of Asian Market Development for First Interstate Bank's
Trust and Investment Management Group. Mindy worked in accounting and financial
analysis with Union Oil Company of California and Adobe Oil & Gas Company.
Mindy began her banking career with Toronto Dominion Bank and Citibank in
Taipei, Taiwan.
As an active
community supporter, Mindy served as a trustee for San Marino School Foundation;
a board member for Financial Planning Association of Los Angeles, and Treasurer
for First Evangelical Church Association. She holds a BS and an MBA from the
University of Texas.

Arthur T. French, CFA, CIC
Chief Investment Officer
Art French has 32 years of
experience managing institutional equity portfolios ranging from specialized,
small-cap strategies to broad-market mandates. Prior to founding Pillar Pacific
(formerly Pillar Point Equity Management) in 1999, he was Chief Investment
Officer for Pillar Point Capital Management, Vice President & Director of Equity
Management for First Interstate Bank, and Vice President for Loomis Sayles. Art
began his career at Citibank, where his roles included managing a large public
equity fund and acting as Executive Secretary of the Small Company Investment
Committee.
Art holds an AB from the University
of California at Santa Cruz and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is a
Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder
and a Chartered Investment Counselor.

Craig A. MacLeod
Chief Operating Officer &
Chief Compliance Officer
Craig MacLeod has 32 years of
experience in investment and financial management. He provides analytical and
portfolio management support, and manages the company’s operations and
compliance functions. Prior to founding Pillar Pacific (formerly Pillar Point
Equity Management) in 1999, he consulted on investment projects to Pillar Point
Capital Management, Financial Security Assurance and White Mountains Insurance
Group. He was Vice President for White Mountains Insurance Group and Fireman's
Fund Insurance Company where his responsibilities included investment
operations, systems and accounting functions. He has financial analysis
experience with Mobil Oil.
Craig holds a BA from Pomona College and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Mark A. Keeling, CFA, CIC
Senior Portfolio Manager
Mark Keeling has 27 years of
experience in managing equity and balanced portfolios. Prior to joining Pillar
Pacific (formerly Pillar Point Equity Management) in 2004, he was Vice President
and Senior Portfolio Manager at U.S. Trust Company, and held senior portfolio
management positions at Jurika & Voyles Investment Counsel and First Interstate
Bank. He began his career at J.P. Morgan Investment Management in New York as an
equity research analyst and portfolio manager.
Mark holds a BS and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He
is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and a Chartered Investment
Counselor.

Sonny C. Lin, CFA
Portfolio Manager
Sonny
Lin has 10 years of investment and financial experience. Prior to joining
Pillar Pacific in November 2007, Sonny was Portfolio Manager for PacWest
Financial Management, Case Manager at Hotung Investment Holdings Ltd. in Taipei,
Taiwan and held a senior management position at Hsuan Pu Groups, Inc.

Lily L. Ku, CFP®
Financial Planner
Lily Ku has 15 years of investment, financial and accounting experience.
Prior to joining Pillar Pacific in November 2007, she was a relationship manager and
financial planner for PacWest Financial Management. She has experience in
financial management, financial analysis, and accounting for Bank One, Bright
Bank, Blue Cross /Blue Shield, First Chinese Baptist Church and Adobe Oil & Gas
Inc. Lily also served as an adjunct faculty in the areas of Accounting and
Finance at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
Lily holds a BBA and an MBA from the University of Texas. She is a Certified
Financial Planner.

Alan K. Chuang, CPA
Investment Representative
Alan Chuang
has 10 years of investment and financial experience. Prior to joining Pillar
Pacific in November 2007, Alan was in business development and research analysis
for PacWest Financial Management, and worked as a senior auditor for Ernst and
Young. Alan manages a small hedge fund and owns and operates a franchised
business.
Alan holds a BS from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from
University of Michigan. He is Certified Public Accountant in State of
California, and is currently CFA Level III candidate.

Jinny Brown has

Houston Yuen
