Pillar Pacific Capital Management, LLC is a registered investment adviser providing wealth management services for both institutional and individual clients.  We seek to provide consistent, superior performance with broadly diversified, low-turnover, risk-controlled portfolios.  We implement an active, bottom-up investment process that is efficient, systematic and scalable. 

This process incorporates a valuation model to identify inefficiencies in how stocks are valued relative to company financial metrics and to other stocks, fundamental analysis to builda mosaic of information on companies and industries, and optimization that drives portfolio construction to generate incremental return while controlling risk.

The firm was founded as Pillar Point Equity Management in 1999 by Art French and Craig MacLeod to manage the institutional equity portfolios of Art’s predecessor firm and to grow the business.  In 2007, we changed the name to Pillar Pacific Capital Management, and Mindy Ying joined the firm as our third partner.

Art French manages our primary institutional separate account strategies:  large cap growth, mid cap growth and small cap growth.  Performance results are prepared and presented in compliance with GIPS®, from the 1993 inception of the composites.
